Pairs

The navbar on the left of the trade screen shows you all the trading pairs currently available, as seen below. ⤵️

After selecting your trading pair, you'll see a graph and key data related to the pricing of that pair. The current price and price change over the last 24 hours are displayed next to the pair.

You'll also see the total sizes of Long and Short positions, along with the 1-hour funding fee for Longs and Shorts.

Below the key data, you'll find a chart that tracks the price of the pairing over a period of your choosing, with additional information such as the 24-hour open, high, low, and close prices.

Please note that, as cryptocurrencies are peer-to-peer traded, there is no fixed price of assets at any given time. As such, the price you see listed is our internal price based on our calculations from the information drawn from multiple sources by our Oracles

Please see the 🧿 | Oracle System section of this document for more information on how this functions.

BTC represents bitcoin, the currency of the Bitcoin network.

As the original and longest running cryptocurrency, it is often considered one of the "safer" investments in the space but is still highly volatile and subject to major price changes both short and long-term.

ETH represents Ether, the native currency of the Ethereum Virtual Machine network.

Launched in July 2015 it was designed to create an alternative option of decentralised computing compared to Bitcoin's decentralised currency.
